Some information on how it actually works :
-------------------------------------------
MP3 files are very dense compressed Wave files. These can be
decoded by many players etc. But it's far from all that can
decompress the mp3 files into the normal wave format again.
This is where "MP3 2 WAV" approach the scene.

The file "decaud3.dll" is specialized to decompress MP3 files
(also MP1 and MP2 files) into a raw PCM file of your choice.
The engine is compiled with Borland C++ and therefore a 32-Bit
Dynamic Link Library. It do support Multitasking and Multithreading
as well as other Win95 doings. Therefore this application is
"Designed for Windows 95".

Why should I use the application and for what purpose ?
-------------------------------------------------------
As there are several MP3 (and MPx files) which is compressed
in a smaller bitrate etc. You can therefore decompress the
file to compress it again, but with an other bitrate.

Of course you are using freeware, aren't you ?
